1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and again when your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Saltriveroutfitters currently offers two shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Delivery time estimates begin after processing is complete.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are applied as follows:
Standard Shipping

FREE for orders totaling $100 or more

$6.99 flat fee for orders under $100
Express Shipping

$9.99 flat rate for all orders

Delivery estimated 3–5 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Saltriveroutfitters error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You may also track your shipment through:

If tracking does not update within 48–72 hours, please contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be restricted due to:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain packages (oversized, heavy, or restricted items).
6. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Saltriveroutfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Undeliverable addresses
If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Saltriveroutfitters is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we will assist by:

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
